Design
AEON monitor is an active 2-way appliance equipped with two speakers (tweeter and woofer) and two independent power amplifiers (one for each speaker) fixed on the back plate of the enclosure, as well as with an appropriate set of precise controls, indicators, inputs and security circuits.
The monitor construction is based on speakers produced by a Norwegian company SEAS. The woofer meets the APS strict requirements. The monitors are offered in two versions: with a titanium or a fabric dome tweeter.
The monitor has been closed in the bass reflex enclosure with front ventilation, providing a dynamic bass properly filled with low frequencies. The edges of the monitor enclosure have been rounded to reduce reflections and to improve the quality of produced sound. The inner wall of the enclosure completely separates the electronic module from the speaker chamber at the same time constitutes a significant reinforcement of the enclosure, eliminating excessive oscillations of the monitor's side walls.

All our speakers are available in any color or natural wooden finish. In both cases it is possible to order either matt or polished versions. The first day i tried out Aeons in my studio, I dove headfirst into a pair of mixes for 2 different artists. I had no eq tweaks after the usual car/headphone/alternate speaker references, which has not happened to me in a long time. The top end, particularly the “esses” in the vocal range, translated really well, and the low end was bold but tight. Everything i felt about the tones and balances in my mix room translated consistently everywhere i listened to the tracks, with no surprises. Is there a better reason to love a speaker? With the Aeons, I can work faster and with more confidence, and they are fun to listen to as well as being detailed in the areas that i feel a speaker needs to be.
